1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use cash77 services. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. cash77 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any balance held therein will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. cash77 primarily serves members located in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using cash77 is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using the platform, you represent that you are doing so in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

2.3 Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use cash77:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who have previously been subject to self-exclusion on cash77 and whose exclusion period has not expired.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of cash77 or any of its service providers, and immediate family members of such individuals.
• Any person accessing the platform through automated bots, scripts, or other non-human means.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual member is permitted to hold only one registered cash77 account. The opening, use, or attempted use of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, with the same device, from the same IP address, or via associated payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes. cash77 shall not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated member-submitted information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.

Where an account is closed due to member misconduct, any balance attributable to bonus abuse may be forfeited.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cash77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved channels:

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the member's account balance.

Any fees levied by the member's bank or e-wallet provider are the member's sole responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Before a withdrawal request will be processed, the following conditions must be met:

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers available on cash77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credit and any winnings derived from bonus credit are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. cash77 does not apply undisclosed wagering requirements to any bonus or promotion.

5.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses carry an expiry period as stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus credit and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the member's account without compensation.

5.4 One Bonus Per Member. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each member is entitled to claim any given promotional offer only once. Attempting to claim a single-use promotion multiple times — whether through multiple accounts, multiple devices, or associated payment methods — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances and potential permanent account closure.

5.5 Cash77 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. cash77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any entitlement to a bonus that has already been credited to a member's account and has not been forfeited will not be retroactively removed as a result of a promotion cancellation.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on cash77 — including fixed-odds match betting, mix parlay (accumulator) wagers, live in-play betting, and handicap (voor bola) markets — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. Accepted bets are final and may not be cancelled except in circumstances of verified technical error.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cash77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.

8KYC & Verification

8.1 Verification Requirement. In line with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards, cash77 requires all members to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. 8.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, members must provide:

10Limitation of Liability

11Intellectual Property

11.1 Ownership. All content on the cash77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cash77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cash77 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit members to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any cash77 content or technology.

12Governing Law

12.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which is the authoritative language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not form part of the binding legal agreement.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
